  During the Climb  
     
 
- Lean forward slightly
- Straight back
- Keep whole foot on the steps, not half
- Avoid overstraightened knees
- Swap the leading leg
- Hydrate during the run
- Pace yourself, do not follow others
- Breath in a rhythm deeply
- Listen to your body signal
- Encourage each other and stay positive
