Pre-school Centre Hong Chi Pinehill Pre-school Centre It is the first of its kind in Hong Kong providing year-round residential care and education for children up to six years of age. Most of the children are orphans, and some are from families which cannot take care of them due to special circumstances. The Centre also offers early education and training for infants and children with developmental disorders. Clients Infants and children with intellectual disabilities or developmental disorders aged up to 6 years. Capacity：10 (education and training), 24 (education and training, with residential service) Application Referrals can be made by Integrated Family Service Centres or Medical Social Workers to the Central Referral System for Rehabilitation Services. Fees and Charges Monthly transportation and residential / training fees set forth by the Social Welfare Department Service Hours 24-hour service is provided everyday
