This year’s Hong Chi Association New Territories Flag Day will be held on 12 August 2026 (Wed). We sincerely invite you together with family and friends to support this fund raising event.
This year’s flag design features artworks by Hong Chi artists exhibited in 2024 and 2025 Art Basel Hong Kong - highlighting the creativity and talents of our students and trainees, while promoting social inclusion.
Fund raised will be used for supporting the operation of 106 service units under the Association, providing comprehensive services - including special education, vocational training, and rehabilitation services - to more than 9,800 service users of different ages and levels of intellectual disability. In addition, proceeds will sustain the development of our social enterprises, offering non-subvented vocational training and job placement opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities.
Volunteer registration is open from now until 12 June 2026. Each participating volunteer will receive an electronic certificate of appreciation.

The Director of Social Welfare has given approval to three organisations to sell flags in Hong Kong Island region, Kowloon region and the New Territories region respectively on 12.8.2026 and Hong Chi Association is authorised to conduct flag sale in New Territories region on that day.
