Official receipt will be issued for donation of HK$100 or above for tax deduction. Please note that tax-deductible receipt will not be issued for enrolment fee. Donations are non-refundable.

Rules and Regulations

+ For participants under 18 years old, approval from the participant's parent / legal guardian is required. Approval of participants aged 12 or below is not necessary.

  2. The enrolment form, enrolment fee and minimum donation must be submitted by 9 Sep 2025(Tue) in order for the race enrolment to be considered valid. Once the entry is accepted, all participants are not allowed to change their race categories and cannot give/sell their entry to others.
  3. Time limit for the Family Run: 25 minutes
  4. All the donations are non-refundable.
  5. All participants must follow the rules of the event. Details will be sent out by email after enrolment.
  6. All participants must approve the “Waiver and Release Agreement” in order to enter the race.
  7. The personal information collected will be used for receipt issuance and necessary communications purposes. It will be treated as strictly confidential. For inquiries, please contact us on 2661 0709.
  8. Hong Chi Association reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without further notice. Should there be any disputes, the Association's decision is final and conclusive.

If teams would like to change their team members or exchange the runner positions of existing members after confirmation of entry, they should contact Communications and Fund Raising Office, and complete the “Team Members & Positions Amendment Form”, return it by email on or before 18 Sep 2025(Thu). HK$300 Donation to Hong Chi Association is needed to be made for each amendment.

Waiver and Release Agreement

  • I understand that by participating in the Event there are risks of injury, death and/or loss. I am entering this Event at my own risk and responsibility. I hereby discharge the Organizers and any other individual or organization connected directly or indirectly with this Event from any responsibility in the event of injury, death or loss of property incurred during, as consequence of or while travelling to or from the Event.
  • I agree to indemnify or reimburse the Organizers in respect of any additional expenses incurred by the Organizers arising from or in connection with my participation in this Event.
  • I am physically fit and capable of participating in the Event and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner.
  • I grant permission and assign all rights, title and interest to the Organizers to utilise my appearance, name, voice, bio-data and likeness in connection with the Event and other future activities by Hong Chi Association in any and all media throughout the world in perpetuity and agree to waive any right of inspection or approval associated thereto.
  • I undertake that all funds and sponsorship raised directly or indirectly from my participation in the Event will be paid in full to Hong Chi Association and I will not donate such funds to any other organization. And I understand that all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • I understand and agree to provide my HKID/Passport to verify my personal detail to the Organizers upon requests.
  • I agree and understand that Hong Chi Association has the absolute authority to change or cancel the format, date, and time of the event due to government policies, inclement weather, natural disasters, infectious diseases, accidents related to public transportation, or other unforeseen reasons, without prior notice. If the event is cancelled due to the above factors, any related enrolment fees and donations will not be refunded and will be fully donated to the Hong Chi Association for charitable purposes.
  • On the day of the event, if inclement weather occurs, Hong Chi students and trainees who are involved in the inclusive competition will attend as usual based on the guidelines from the Education Bureau.
  • I agree to and confirm to accept all of the terms, conditions and points made and subsequently raised in the important notice, declarations and conditions in the Enrolment Form and in this Waiver & Release Agreement. And I hereby declare that the data & information provided on Enrolment Form are correct.
