Rules and Regulation

  1. All participants should be aged 14 or above (except for 7-Floor Family Run).
  2. The enrolment form, enrolment fee and minimum donation must be submitted by 9 September, 2025 (Tue) in order for the race enrolment to be considered valid. Once the entry is accepted, all participants are not allowed to change their race categories and cannot transfer their entry to others.
  3. All the donations are non-refundable.
  4. To compete for the “Top Fund Raising” Award, please submit your additional donations on or before 30 September, 2025 (Tue). All donations received thereafter will not be considered for this award entry.
  5. Time limit for the race: “7-Floor Individual” - 5 minutes, “7-Floor Family Run ” - 25 minutes, “29-Floor Individual” - 15 minutes, “29-Floor Relay” - 10 minutes, “75-Floor Individual” - 30 minutes, “75-Floor Relay” - 30 minutes. To avoid disruption to the competition schedule, if a participant exceeds the time limit, our staff will arrange for the participant to exit the race track on another floor.
  6. If relay teams would like to change their team members or exchange the runner positions of existing members after confirmation of entry, please complete the “Team Members & Positions Amendment Form” on or before 18 September, 2025 (Thu). A donation of HK$300 to “Hong Chi Association” is required for each amendment.
  7. All participants must follow the rules and arrangements of the event made by the organiser.
  8. All participants must sign the “Waiver and Release Agreement” in order to enter the race. 
  9. The personal information collected will be used for receipt issuance and necessary communications purposes. It will be treated as strictly confidential. For inquiries, please contact us on 2661 0709.
  10. Hong Chi Association reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions without further notice. Should there be any disputes, the Association's decision is final and conclusive.
